The Flower of Life and Bob Frissell
Bob was first introduced to Drunvalo's teachings in June, 1992, when he purchased a set of videos of the Flower of Life workshop. He was so impressed with the information that Bob made mastery of the flower of life, sacred geometry, the merkaba, merkaba meditation, the breath of life, and rebirthing his number one priority and life's work. He began to comunicate on the telephone with Drunvalo on a weekly basis. He then attended the final Flower of Life workshop given by Drunvalo in April, 1994.

Bob Frissell's experience with Drunvalo Melchizedek greatly enhanced his understanding of sacred geometry and the MerKaBa Meditation. He was personally trained as a Certified Flower of Life Facilitator by Drunvalo Melchizedek in June, 1994. He has been teaching sacred geometry and the MerKaBa Meditation through his Flower of Life workshops continuously since then. He is an active member of the Flower of Life Research Organization.
